having moved into an apartment four months ago, sight unseen,I quickly learned that it is infested with mostly cockroaches, which the management deliberately opted to not inform me about. The owners have about 7 to 9 properties all largely on the same street, and all of them have a serious bug infestation, which is forever perpetuated by them allowing tenants to move back and forth between the several properties, simply transporting the bugs again and again. I've refused to allow for them to spray my unit because I have 16 parakeets living with me and because I've been unable to make arrangements for them to be taken out of the house while the spraying is going on.
